All soil sample testing is done at a UKAS and MCERTS accredited laboratory, so you can be sure all results and analysis are correct.

Recycling 1st can provide your sites with soil testing kits.

The kit contains 2 jars, instructions, log, and packaging and collection information. We can provide the full kit and all the soil testing suites, you can find more information on the testing suites that we can offer, on our Soil Classification page.

Material Removal testing to include the following:

Metals(total) As/Cd/Cr/Cu/Pb/Hg/Ni/Se/Zn
Chromium (III & VI), pH, PAH (EPA16), PAH (Oil8), TPH (C5-C10, C10-C25, C25-C40)
TPH chromatogram to be included in results
Special delivery by Royal Mail (will be delivered the following day before 13:00hrs if ordered before 14:00hrs)
Provision of sample test results within 5 working days*
Testing carried out at UKAS accredited laboratory with MCERTS (soil) standard
Interpretation of the sample test results proving the correct waste classification for each sample location
Provision of Waste Classification Report

The aim of the soil sample testing kit is to keep your projects cost low whilst also provide the correct analysis for the material tested. All testing is done at a UKAS and MCERTS accredited laboratory, so you can be sure all results and analysis are correct. The kits can be distributed to site to conduct the soil sampling yourself or we can arrange for mobilization of a Site Liaison Officer to provide training on self-sampling or to conduct the sampling themselves.
