Soil Classification

Soil and waste classification gives the background knowledge on the chemical, physical and biological status of soil. Accurate and reliable soil classification data is fundamental to the management of the materials, it is critical information to ensure the material is managed in an accurate, efficient and cost-effective way in regards to haulage and disposal. Recycling 1st Ltd offers a soil sampling and testing service that can meet all expectations required when it comes to analysing and classifying your material.

Soil Analysis

There are a variety of different tests that can be carried out on your material, the most popular and effective is the WAC Test and Waste Classification Test. The data that is provided by these tests can determine the correct disposal route and ensure you are fully compliant in the way you remove the material from site. Recycling 1st Ltd can offer a soil sample kit, for you to carry out the testing yourself or you can arrange for a site visit with one of our Waste Management experts to carry out the testing for you. We use a certified soil analysis laboratory to test the material and can arrange results to be with you quickly by offering a premium ‘one day turnaround’.
